David J. Koukol is a partner at Koukol & Johnson, LLC and practices in a variety of areas including commercial law; bankruptcy; banking law; collections; corporate; real estate; probate; guardianship/conservatorship; personal injury; and aviation law. He has spoken at numerous seminars regarding judgment enforcement, real estate, and creditors’ rights in bankruptcy.
David is licensed to practice law in Nebraska and Iowa, and is a member of the Omaha Bar Association, the Nebraska and Iowa State Bar Associations. He is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the District of Nebraska, the U.S. Bankruptcy Courts for Nebraska and the Northern and Southern Districts of Iowa, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eight Circuit. Koukol is private pilot, single engine land, since 1996, and a Panel Attorney for the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association Legal Services Plan.
